Meet our Friendly RAC team members. Our amazing staff are here to. help guide you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
I have always loved being active and participating on sports teams. Working at the RAC allows me the opportunity to meet new people, encourage them to try new classes and activities, and continue to play basketball. Outside of the RAC, I enjoy spending time with my husband , two teenagers, and golden doodle, Daisy. I also coach Special Olympics Flag Football, Basketball, and Volleyball.
I have been a fitness enthusiast my entire life. I always wanted to find some way to help people feel happy and confident about themselves but it wasn’t until I had my daughter in 2016 that I decided that I wanted to be a personal trainer. Having her sparked a desire in me to not only be an example for her as she grows to be happy, healthy, and confident but to be an example and to help others feel the same. And what better a way to do that then help them feel comfortable in their own skin through fitness! My goal as a personal trainer isn’t just to train you, but to help empower you to be the best version of you that you can! BECAUSE YOU MATTER!!
I was a member of the RAC for 4 years before I started working here. I am a workout enthusiast and changed my whole life around to become a healthier person. When I am working don’t be afraid to come up to me and ask questions. I’m always here to listen and help you build a healthier lifestyle.
