CORONAVIRUS


Due to Covid-19 CoronaVirus the RAC is temporarily closed. We will re-open when state guidelines allow gyms to resume operation.  Group Ex Instructors  have made some invigorating exercise videos to help keep you active and motivated during this challenging time. You can find the videos posted on Facebook and Instagram. We will keep you posted on any new developments.
